We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing professional on a monthly retainer to develop, create, and publish engaging content that highlights our food, events, team, atmosphere, and customer experience. This role requires strong creativity, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to keep our online presence professional, fun, and consistent.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build a monthly content strategy and posting calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok</li><li>Capture and create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content</li><li>Publish feed posts, Reels, Stories, and TikToks on a consistent schedule</li><li>Create short-form videos showcasing food, kitchen moments, staff highlights, specials, and events</li><li>Write captions using Elevation&rsquo;s brand voice and tone</li><li>Track performance analytics and adjust strategy as needed</li><li>Respond to comments/messages as approved by management</li><li>Visit the restaurant periodically for content capture and interviews</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3+ years of social media marketing experience (restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)</li><li>Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools</li><li>Ability to stay on top of trending formats and apply them professionally</li><li>Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times</li><li>Ability to be on-site 1&ndash;2 times per month for content</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>$1,500/month retainer (W-9)</li><li>Stable, ongoing partnership opportunity</li><li>Creative freedom within brand guidelines</li><li>Fun, supportive work environment with regular events and promotions</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $1,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, VA 23219
