We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team to assist in the opening of a new high-end freestanding med spa in Shreveport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, be knowledgeable about a wide range of aesthetic treatments, and be enthusiastic about helping clients look and feel their best.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide professional facial treatments and skin care services tailored to client needs</li><li>Perform a variety of aesthetic services including but not limited to:</li><li>Chemical peels</li><li>Microdermabrasion</li><li>Dermaplaning</li><li>HydraFacials</li><li>Microneedling</li><li>Acne treatments</li><li>Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and post-treatment care</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and tools per health and safety regulations</li><li>Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest aesthetic trends, products, and technologies</li><li>Upsell skincare products and additional services when appropriate</li><li>Collaborate with medical staff for integrated treatment plans</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid state license as an Aesthetician</li><li>A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a medical spa or wellness setting preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and treatment techniques</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional, compassionate, and client-centered demeanor</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
