Job description:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Liaisoning Officer to manage legal compliance, government documentation, licensing, and statutory approvals for the organization. The role involves regular interaction with government departments, ensuring timely renewals, regulatory filings, and compliance with applicable laws.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Liaise with government bodies (e.g., Registrar of Companies, Labour Department, Pollution Control Board, etc.).</li><li>Manage licenses, permits, NOCs, and regulatory approvals.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance under applicable laws.</li><li>Handle documentation, applications, and government correspondence.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and support legal audits/inspections.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Law / Public Administration or relevant field.</li><li>3-9 years of experience in liaisoning &amp; legal compliance.</li><li>Strong communication with government authorities.</li><li>Good knowledge of statutory regulations and licensing processes.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and document handling.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and licensing procedures (Statutory laws, Government laws, Labour Laws, Environment Laws, etc.)</li><li>Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple compliance timelines and regulatory touchpoints.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation tools.</li><li>High integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.</li></ul>Work Conditions:<ul><li>Office-based role with regular field visits to government offices, industrial units, and relevant authorities.</li><li>May require to travel within the country or state for coordination or documentation purpose.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:Gender- Male onlyRemuneration: will be discussed during the interview process, based on qualifications and market benchmarks.Kindly contact on - 9137315087Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
