The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.</p><p><b>
Location(s) &amp; Compensation:</b></p><ul><li><b>
8500- Inspira-Sicklerville, NJ.: </b><b>Pay rate of $18.00 Per Hour. Site is Cleaned Mondays-Fridays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).</b></li><li><b>
8448-Inspira-Sicklerville, NJ.: </b><b>Pay rate of $18.00 Per Hour.</b><b> Site is Cleaned Mondays-Fridays from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM</b><b>. (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).</b></li></ul><p><b><br>
Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Must be authorized to work in the United States</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Reliable Transportation</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.</li></ul><p><b>
Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>
Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas.<ul><li>
Dusting</li><li>
Glass Cleaning</li><li>
Empty Trash</li><li>
Restocking Paper Products</li></ul></li><li>
Conduct floor care activities, floor scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.</li></ul><p><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly</li><li>
Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time</li><li>
Climb stairs</li></ul><p><b>

4498-LC-Schenectady, NY.: Flat Rate Pay of $17.00 wages and $5.00 Non-Taxable for transportation per clean. The site is cleaned 6 days per week, Mondays thru Saturdays, 1 hour work between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. <b>(NO SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED)</b></li></ul><p><b>
