If you&rsquo;re looking for a company that invests in its people and takes pride in quality civil construction, we&rsquo;d like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage heavy civil utility projects from pre-construction through closeout</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls within software's</li><li>Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field crews</li><li>Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations</li><li>Oversee job progress, production, and change orders</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of civil utility construction experience required</li><li>2+ years of project management experience required</li><li>Strong knowledge of underground utilities, grading, and site work</li><li>Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>In Office Nashville, Tennessee</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary starting at $85,000+ (based on experience)</li><li>Annual performance-based bonus</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid vacation, sick time, and major holidays</li><li>401(k) with company match</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
