 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Elite DNA Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Tier 1 Help Desk Support professional to join our IT team. This position is responsible for providing frontline technical support to staff across our Fort Myers offices and multiple locations throughout the organization.
 
 
 This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and can handle a steady flow of day-to-day support needs with professionalism and follow-through. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting end users with common IT issues involving Windows computers, Microsoft 365, printers, passwords, and remote support tools.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide hands-on desk-side support for staff at our Fort Myers locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide phone and remote technical support to users across 30+ office locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage incoming support tickets, including prioritization, follow-up, documentation, and resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user issues involving Windows workstations, printers, Microsoft 365 applications, login issues, and basic connectivity problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist users with password resets, account access issues, and adherence to security procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and other standard office technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use remote support tools to assist staff in a timely and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status, next steps, and expected resolution timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate issues appropriately to higher-level IT staff when needed, with complete troubleshooting notes and supporting details.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions thoroughly within the ticketing system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide basic end-user guidance and training to promote good technology habits and reduce repeat issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with basic workstation setup, user onboarding support, equipment deployment, and other IT operational tasks as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of help desk, desktop support, or general IT support experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard desktop troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting printers, user accounts, and common office hardware/software issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to use logic, judgment, and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain a high level of follow-through.
 </li>

 Ability to work professionally with staff in a fast-paced healthcare office environment.

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Medical assistants perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of physicians and other health practitioners running smoothly. Medical assistants are instrumental in helping patients feel at ease in the physician&rsquo;s office and often explain the physician&rsquo;s instructions. Medical assistants are cross-trained to perform administrative and clinical duties. Responsible for patient care under the direction of a physician or licensed health care provider.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities and Standards
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provides services to individuals and coordination/support to psychiatrists, PA and APRNs;
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiates and completes all relevant documentation within organizational time frames;
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs duties in a prioritized, organized, and orderly manner to maximize clinic efficiency and productivity;
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates with team members and other staff to ensure a complete, appropriate and positive experience for all clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow instructions and complete job duties as assigned by providers and management staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 When taking vitals, ensure medication history is accurate, removing all medications patient is not currently taking;
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for performing genetic testing, as well as, educating patient, submitting test, following- up on results so provider has them for next patient visit;
 </li>
 <li>
 Will welcome and ensure clients are shown to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician in a timely and welcoming manner;
 </li>
 <li>
 Employee will perform a variety of medical assessments including blood pressure, height &amp; weight;
 </li>
 <li>
 Will provide appropriate and timely documentation;
 </li>
 <li>
 Take medical histories;
 </li>
 <li>
 Will assist the physician and nurse with direct client care as well as tasks such as filing, chart documentation, faxes, prescription medical programs and telephone follow-up as assigned;
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiates and completes all relevant documentation within organizational time frames;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain, copy and file patient records and other information as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor voicemails throughout the day, return the calls and effectively resolve the reason for call within 24 hours of the call. Proper documentation for each call and subsequent interaction;
 </li>
 <li>
 Triage patient phone calls, both incoming and on voice mail. Document the interaction within 24 hours;
 </li>
 <li>
 Review Athena messages and respective inbox and messages. Respond and document accordingly. Discuss patient concerns with respective provider within 24 hours of incoming call, email, voicemail or message. Document appropriately within same time frame.
 </li>
 <li>
 Takes medication orders from psychiatrist/APRN/PA and phones in to pharmacy if needed. Appropriate documentation, as well as confirmation phone call to client, is expected within 24 hours;
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare medication refill requests within 24 hours of receiving them;
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify pharmacy information, last visit, last fill, insurance, pick up or mail etc.;
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior authorizations should be handled within 24 hours of receiving the request from the pharmacy or insurance company. Document all interactions with patient and pharmacy;
 </li>
 <li>
 Update medications and respective information on patient&rsquo;s charts;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and education to patients on the details of what has been prescribed and when / where to get the medication;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide information for afterhours call line and information to call if patient has a question. Document this interaction in patient chart.

 One-year experience in healthcare, medical staff services preferred.
