With a strong understanding of the diverse academic curricula and cultural context within the region, TutorChase delivers personalized, high-impact learning experiences for both American and international students through online and classroom-based programs.Position: Student Counselor (Experienced)We are seeking an experienced Student Counselor with at least 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an international tutoring or education company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with parents, students, sales processes, and administrative responsibilities.Working Hour : 3pm - 10 pm (IST ) Monday - Friday with US public HolidaysKey Responsibilities <ul><li>Plan and conduct counseling programs tailored to support student development.</li><li>Mediate conflicts or misunderstandings between students and teachers.</li><li>Listen and respond to students&rsquo; academic, emotional, and social concerns, providing appropriate guidance and solutions.</li><li>Review current and historical student reports to assess progress and recommend further support as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure student retention.</li><li>Discuss program offerings with parents and support the conversion of inquiries into enrollments.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or an Engineering-related field.</li><li>Excellent spoken English communication, with neutral or internationally acceptable accents (UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 4 years&rsquo; experience in educational counseling or a related role.</li><li>Strong understanding of educational best practices, learning theories, and counseling methodologies.</li><li>Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Deep passion for education, commitment to student equity, and a desire to make a meaningful impact.</li><li>Empathetic, patient, and able to address students&rsquo; emotional or personal concerns with sensitivity.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.</li><li>Willingness to travel to New York and Texas for annual training (one month per year).</li><li>Attractive Salary depending on experience with performance incentive will be paid in USD (USD 3000- USD 5000 per month) or equivalent amount in any local currency as preferred</li></ul>How to ApplyIf your profile aligns with the above requirements and you are eager to build a successful career with us, please send us your resume along with your preferred time for an interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;196,439.71 - &#8377;273,423.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>
