We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Clearance Assistant to join our growing team.Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare and review import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other relevant documents.&middot; Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customs-related paperwork.&middot; Submit customs declarations to customs authorities in a timely manner.&middot; Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade laws.&middot; Ensure compliance with all relevant customs laws and regulations.&middot; Advise clients on customs requirements and potential risks.&middot; Liaise with customs officials, shipping lines, airlines, and other relevant authorities to resolve any issues related to customs clearance.&middot; Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding the status of shipments and customs clearance processes.&middot; Determine the correct tariff classification for imported/exported goods.&middot; Provide guidance on tariff rates and duty payments.&middot; Address and resolve any customs-related issues or discrepancies that may arise during the clearance process.&middot; Work with clients and internal teams to resolve shipment delays or other customs-related challenges.&middot; Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to customs clearance.&middot; Ensure a positive client experience throughoutQualifications &amp; Skills:&middot; Valid Customs Clearance License&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience&middot; Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws&middot; Previous experience as a Customs Clearance Agent or in a similar role is preferred.&middot; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&middot; Ability to work independently and as a part of a team&middot; Familiarity with customs clearance software and documentation systemsWhat We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV through Indeed or email it to hrm@elite-co.com with the subject line: Customs Clearance Assistant Application &ndash; (Your Name)Job Type: Full-time
