Elite Guard is in search of UNARMED GATEHOUSE &amp; ROVER SECURITY OFFICERS looking to work in the Aventura area. These positions require a Class D Security License from the State of Florida.* Positions are limited, apply now for immediate consideration.We are looking for motivated, flexible individuals who can deliver a five-star customer service and maintain a safe environment, remaining alert and vigilant.Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)Position: Gatehouse / RoverAll schedules available (morning, afternoon, overnight, swing)Pay: Starting at $20.00 Per Hour RESPONSIBILITIES :<ul><li>Customer Service: Deliver five-star customer service to the residents and guests of the HOA.</li><li>Access Control - screening visitors and residents entering the property</li><li>Patrol - diligently patrol the common areas, garage and critical infrastructure</li><li>Coachability: Be able to receive corrective action from supervisor, adapt to any policy and procedure changes as needed, while giving complete focus to the client and property REQUIREMENTS:</li><li>MUST have previous security experience.</li><li>Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service</li><li>Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent</li><li>Must be able to clearly communicate in English</li><li>Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements</li><li>Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)</li><li>Must have reliable transportation.All applicants will receive an interview upon completion of the application.
