What You&rsquo;ll Do: 
As a Staffing Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in our operations. You&rsquo;re the bridge between our dedicated caregivers and office team&mdash;helping to recruit, onboard, support, and schedule those who make a real difference every day.

In This Role, You&rsquo;ll:
<ul>
<li>Lead caregiver recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
</li>
<li>Keep HR files accurate and organized
</li>
<li>Support scheduling to ensure every client is covered
</li>
<li>Upload and manage documents in client and caregiver profiles
</li>
<li>Communicate with caregivers and troubleshoot staffing issues
</li>
</ul>What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED (required)
</li>
<li>Experience in healthcare, home care, long-term care, or related settings
</li>
<li>Familiarity with dementia care, including Alzheimer&rsquo;s (preferred)
</li>
<li>Strong communication and multitasking skills
</li>
<li>A &ldquo;can-do&rdquo; attitude and genuine desire to help others
</li>
