<div>Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to run the digital customer journey and engagement strategy. You will sit at the intersection of design, marketing, and customer experience. From designing landing pages to automating lead workflows in HubSpot, you will manage the digital touchpoints that turn prospective clients into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Campaign &amp; Message Management: Run end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and manage messages with both current and prospective clients.</li>
<li>HubSpot &amp; Email Automation: Build and manage automated email campaigns. Set up lifecycle journeys, nurture flows, and behavioral triggers in HubSpot.</li>
<li>Landing Pages &amp; Lead Gen: Design engaging landing pages and create/test contact and entry forms to maximize conversions.</li>
<li>Customer Engagement: Maintain a deep understanding of our customer needs and ensure consistent, meaningful connections across all digital platforms.</li>
</ul>
Must-Have Requirements
<ul>
<li>Proven, hands-on experience using HubSpot (specifically Marketing Hub, CRM, and automation workflows).</li>
<li>Experience designing and testing landing pages, CTAs, and forms for conversion optimization.</li>
<li>Strong experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, with an emphasis on email campaign creation and social media management.</li>
<li>Excellent copywriting and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills
<ul>
<li>Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) for landing page assets.</li>
<li>Experience monitoring and support corporate Social media accounts</li>
<li>Analytical mindset (Google Analytics or HubSpot reporting) to test, measure, and optimize campaigns.</li>
<li>Understanding of SEO and digital ad placement.</li></ul></div>
