Job Summary:Elite Imaging Systems the leading copier, printer, software solutions and network management company based in Troy, Mi. We also have a downtown Detroit location, and we are looking for self direction Digital Marketing Specialist to help us further grow our market in Metro Detroit. Elite Imaging Systems was Founded in 1994 we have grown to over 30 employees.We are looking for an experienced self-motivated result orientated individual to lead and grow digital marketing footprint. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SEO and Google analytics. Knowledge of AI innovation is a plus. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo is required.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform ongoing SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies to improve organic rankings.</li><li>Manage and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) to drive traffic and qualified leads.</li><li>Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other analytics tools to assess ROI and make data-driven decisions</li><li>Create and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms</li><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using in-house tools and software.</li><li>Leverage HubSpot and Saleforcefor marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages, lead scoring, and analytics.</li><li>Use ZoomInfo for contact acquisition, segmentation, and building targeted lead lists.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, design) to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency.</li><li>Stay current on digital marketing trends AI innovations and marketing technologies to ensure best practices are followed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including:</li><li>Google Ads and SEO (required)</li><li>Google Analytics (required)</li><li>AI Driven Marketing Knowledge (required)</li><li>HubSpot</li><li>Salesforce</li><li>ZoomInfo</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.</li><li>Job history of gaining measurable results in SEO management</li><li>Experience creating and managing social media.</li><li>Experience setting up managing digital campaigns</li><li>Knowledge of basic graphic design (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>401K Match and Profit Sharing</li><li>Dynamic and growing company in a fast-paced B2B industry</li><li>Collaborative, supportive work environment</li><li>Access to top marketing tools and continued professional development</li></ul>Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital Marketing : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Troy, MI 48083 (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Troy, MI 48083 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
