We&rsquo;re currently hiring Lawn Care Crew Members and Landscape Installers &mdash; dependable people who enjoy outdoor work and want consistent, hands-on work this season and into the future.We offer employment growth potential, with these positions leading into supervision roles.Your main duties include:<ul><li>Fall yard cleanups (leaf pickup, debris removal, pruning, and trimming)</li><li>Lawn mowing and edging</li><li>General landscape maintenance</li><li>Helping prep and maintain equipment</li><li>Landscape install (rock, mulch and sod)</li><li>Sprinkler Repairs and Installs</li></ul>If you love working outdoors and seeing instant results from your work, you&rsquo;ll thrive here.What We Offer<ul><li>Full-time, 40+ hours per week (steady hours through fall)</li><li>Bi-Weekly pay &mdash; always on time</li><li>Opportunities for year-round positions for top performers</li><li>All tools, uniforms, and equipment provided</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required (you&rsquo;ll drive company vehicles &mdash; no personal use)</li><li>Experience towing trailers</li><li>Reliable transportation to our shop each morning</li><li>Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented</li><li>Experience with landscape maintenance and new landscape installs</li><li>Must pass a drug screening</li><li>Skid steer and Mini-Excavator experience a plus</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
