You will assist in managing legal documentation, conducting research, and ensuring the smooth operation of corporate legal matters while also addressing client inquiries and needs.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Legal Document Management</li><li>Assist with contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.</li><li>Maintain CRM</li><li>Prepare and process legal forms and applications as required.</li><li>Of Counsel Network Management</li><li>Conduct legal research on corporate regulations, statues, and case law to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy.</li><li>Compile relevant data and information to provide informed recommendations to the legal team.</li><li>Client Services:</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.</li><li>Coordinate client meetings, conference calls, and appointments, and manage attorney&rsquo; schedule accordingly.</li><li>Administrative Support:</li><li>Assist attorneys in managing their calendars, appointments, and deadlines.</li><li>Prepare and submit expense reports, track billable hours, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.</li><li>Communication and Correspondence:</li><li>Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and legal memos on behalf of attorneys, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing communications for the legal department</li><li>Other special projects and legal support duties, as assigned</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in related field.</li><li>At least one (1) year of prior experience as a legal assistant or in a similar administrative role.</li><li>Excellent communication and client service skills.</li><li>Proficiency in legal software, MS Office suite, and document management systems.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Understanding confidentiality and ethical standards in the legal field.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.</li></ul>Elite Legal Practice is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
