</div><div><b>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>$20.00 - $40.00 per hour</li>
<li>2 week paid vacation at start</li>

</ul><div><b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, modifications, and repairs to HVAC commercial equipment</li>
<li>Work with rooftop package/split systems, water source heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers, system pumps, VFD's, VAV's, fan coils, exhaust fans, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team</li>
<li>Must be able to do on-call rotation</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>4+ years experience - preferred, but not required</li>
<li>EPA Certification - (Universal preferred)</li>
<li>Valid driver's license &amp; clean driving record required</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 80lbs, climb ladders, and work in hot ambient conditions</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Skills:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Good oral and writing communication skills</li>
<li>Good customer service skills</li>
<li>Good problem solving skills</li>
