Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Facility Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning and sanitation operations in a medical center environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and safety in compliance with healthcare regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations within the medical center</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards</li><li>Train, schedule, and monitor cleaning staff performance</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of wards, clinics, operating areas, and common spaces</li><li>Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment</li><li>Coordinate with facility management and medical staff regarding cleaning requirements</li><li>Maintain cleaning records, reports, and incident logs</li><li>Enforce health, safety, and PPE protocols at all times</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Facility Supervisor in a medical center, hospital, or clinic</li><li>Strong knowledge of healthcare cleaning standards and infection control procedures</li><li>Experience supervising housekeeping or janitorial teams</li><li>Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines, and safety practices</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts if required or Willing to do Overnight Shifting</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Health Care: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>QID with NOC (Required)</li></ul>
