Elite OrthoSport Physical Therapy is looking for an organized, detail oriented candidate to join the team as an Operations Assistant. This position requires someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, is very organized, tech-savvy, a problem solver, and has a great attention to detail.Duties may include:<ul><li>Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and participant satisfaction.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures</li><li>Day to Day Administrative Tasks</li><li>Inventory &amp; Ordering</li><li>Monitoring and handling Equipment Maintenance requests</li><li>Communicating without Outside Vendors</li><li>Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents for internal use.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>We are a dynamic growing team with an outstanding reputation.
