Elite Parking Services is hiring full time Overnight Call Center Representatives. Shift hours are 10pm - 6am however training will be various shifts of 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm.. Pay rate is $19/hour.
 
What you'll be doing: 
<ul>
<li>Handling incoming intercom calls</li>
<li>Providing instructions/support to customers regarding parking procedures</li>
<li>Troubleshoot issues</li>
<li>Document customer interactions</li>
<li>Manage multiple calls/tasks efficiently</li>
</ul>
You have: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree is a plus</li>
<li>Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Strong problem solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues</li>
<li>Proficiency in using relevant computer systems, mobile devices and software</li>
<li>Ability to work well as a team player</li>
<li>Ability to maintain professionalism, positive demeanor, and adhere to company standards</li>
