<div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul> <li>Teach SAT English (Reading &amp; Writing) in:<ul>
<li> Group classes (~15 students)</li>
<li> 1-on-1 sessions</li>
</ul> </li><li>Deliver structured lessons covering:<ul>
<li> Reading comprehension (passage analysis, evidence-based questions)</li>
<li> Grammar and writing (sentence structure, rhetoric, transitions)</li>
</ul> </li><li>Guide students in:<ul>
<li> Test-taking strategies</li>
<li> Time management and accuracy improvement</li>
</ul> </li><li>Review student performance and provide targeted feedback</li>
<li> Track student progress and communicate updates to the team</li>
</ul><div><b>Minimum Qualifications (Required)</b></div>
<ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li> Strong proficiency in:<ul>
<li> Reading comprehension analysis</li>
<li> English grammar and writing conventions</li>
</ul> </li><li>Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div>
<ul> <li>2+ years of SAT teaching experience</li>
<li> Background in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field</li>
<li> Experience working with high-achieving students in competitive environments</li>
<li> Familiarity with Digital SAT (Bluebook format)</li>
</ul><div><b>Key Skills</b></div>
<ul> <li>Ability to explain complex reading passages clearly</li>
<li> Strong understanding of SAT question patterns and traps</li>
<li> Structured, strategy-based teaching approach</li>
<li> Excellent communication and classroom management skills</li>
