 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
 
 HR Coordinator / HR &amp; Admin Officer
 
 to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, recruitment support, payroll, and employee documentation, with a proven ability to handle day-to-day HR and admin processes efficiently.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide HR and administrative support across the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in
 
 recruitment coordination
 
 , including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support policy implementation and maintain the employee handbook in line with company and legal requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process
 
 payroll via WPS
 
 , manage gratuity and end-of-service benefits, and ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle QID/RP documentation, liaise with PROs for renewals and other government-related requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage travel arrangements, visa processing, and related documentation for staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and assisting with calendar/event scheduling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper filing, documentation, and HR reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 1&ndash;3 years in HR support, recruitment coordination, payroll, and administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 HR Knowledge:
 
 Familiar with onboarding, HR records management, payroll (WPS), gratuity, QID/RP procedures, labor law compliance, and coordination with PROs.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Administrative Skills:
 
 Skilled in travel coordination, documentation, minutes preparation, and event/calendar support.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Personal Qualities:
 
 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Other:
 
 Must hold a valid NOC and be available to join immediately.
 </li>
 </ul>
