About the RoleElite Remodels is seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media &amp; Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in the kitchen and bathroom design + construction industry.This is a key role for someone who is not only passionate about storytelling and social media strategy &mdash; but also ready to fully own our digital presence across all platforms. We are looking to hire for this role ASAP.Your Role: You&rsquo;ll Own Social Media Management<ul><li>Oversee and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and manage paid ads along the way. </li><li>Plan, schedule, and execute platform-specific content and campaigns</li><li>Use social media scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting calendar</li><li>Monitor messages, comments, and community engagement &mdash; respond in a timely, professional voice</li><li>Follow relevant accounts, engage with content, and stay on top of trends through social listening</li><li>Collaborate on visual content that aligns with our luxury brand and projects</li><li>Drive high-quality leads and conversions through strategic social media and paid ad campaigns, with the ultimate goal of increasing website traffic and sales.</li></ul>Paid Ads &amp; Digital Strategy<ul><li>Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) &mdash; must be an expert in this area.</li><li>Knowledge of setup and management of Google Ad campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube preferred)</li><li>Understand and apply both organic and paid growth strategies</li><li>Assist in setting up landing pages and sales funnels (GoHighLevel experience is a major plus)****</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Performance<ul><li>Track and report on key KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GoHighLevel, and others.</li><li>Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization</li><li>Own all logins, ad accounts, reporting dashboards, and data management</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools for content generation, research, and performance analysis</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of experience in social media marketing and digital ads</li><li>Proficient with Meta Ads Manager &ndash; setup, targeting, budgeting, testing, reporting</li><li>Knowledgeable in Google Ads setup, strategy, and optimization</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and audience building</li><li>Confident in tracking and interpreting KPIs, conversions, and ad spend ROI</li><li>Tech-savvy &ndash; fluent in digital tools, marketing platforms, and automation software</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools to assist with content creation and campaign analysis</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail</li><li>Must NOT be running a freelance social media business &ndash; we need someone fully committed to our brand.</li><li>Associates Degree required Bachelors Degree preferred</li></ul>Nice to Have (Bonus Points!)<ul><li>Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and funnel workflows</li><li>Background in construction, interior design, or high-end/luxury brands</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work with a forward-thinking, design-driven team</li><li>Make a real impact on a growing brand</li><li>Access all the tools, data, and support you need to succeed</li><li>Be part of a professional, no-drama, results-focused environment</li><li>Room to grow as our digital presence expands</li></ul>Perks &amp; Growth Opportunities:<ul><li>Flexible Schedule (30-40 hrs a week)</li><li>Competitive pay: $25&ndash;$35/hr DOE</li><li>Photo &amp; Video Equipment provided as needed</li><li>Hands-on experience in the design + construction industry</li><li>Work directly with leadership and see the impact of your work</li><li>Join a modern, tech-forward team that embraces systems and AI</li><li>PTO &amp; Flexibility</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Santa Barbara, CA 93105 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Santa Barbara, CA 93105
