Job Overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, along with a passion for storytelling through various digital mediums.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.</li><li>Create compelling content tailored to each social media channel, including graphics, videos, and written posts.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing campaigns effectively.</li><li>Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to adapt strategies accordingly.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.</li><li>Collaborate with the public relations team to align messaging across all channels.</li><li>Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and aligns with branding guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on e-commerce trends that may impact social media strategies.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; video editing experience is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including branding, public relations, and e-commerce strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on relationship management.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to manage projects independently.</li><li>Knowledge of photography techniques is advantageous for creating engaging visual content.
