Our clinical specialists works directly inside clinics alongside physicians and care teams to help patients receive appropriate musculoskeletal support solutions (DME) and education during their visit.We are seeking a Clinical Orthopaedic Specialist to join our team in State College, PA.This is a full-time W2 position with benefits and an opportunity to work closely with physicians and patients in a fast-paced orthopaedic environment.Position OverviewThe Clinical Specialist will assist with measuring, fitting, and educating patients on physician-directed musculoskeletal support products including orthopaedic braces, fracture care supports, spine bracing systems, and bone growth stimulators. This is a patient-facing clinical role focused on improving patient experience and supporting clinic workflow.The position is primarily based in State College, PA, with occasional travel to nearby partner clinics when needed.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist physicians and clinic staff with musculoskeletal patient support needs</li><li>Measure and fit patients with off-the-shelf orthopaedic braces</li><li>Provide patient education on proper product use and care</li><li>Support clinic workflow and patient flow as needed</li><li>Complete documentation related to patient services and product distribution</li><li>Coordinate follow-up communication with patients when appropriate</li><li>Maintain professional communication with physicians, clinical staff, and patients</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li><li>Background in Athletic Training, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, or related healthcare field preferred</li><li>ATC, PTA, or COTA certification strongly preferred</li><li>1+ year experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Strong communication and patient education skills</li><li>Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li></ul>ēlizur is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Join us at elizur where your expertise will directly impact patient care while advancing your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
