We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and grow with us. If you enjoy working with customers, learning interior materials, and earning commission based on performance, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Compensation<ul><li>$20.76 &ndash; $30.00 per hour + high commission</li><li>Paid monthly</li><li>Performance-based earning potential</li></ul>ContactEmail: recruiter@luxecs.comKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop strong knowledge of company products, services, and pricing</li><li>Greet and assist customers at our Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue locations</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service to homeowners, contractors, and designers</li><li>Introduce cabinets, flooring, and related products to in-store and walk-in customers</li><li>Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person</li><li>Support the sales and design teams in generating and closing qualified sales opportunities</li><li>Assist with customer follow-ups, outreach, and relationship management</li><li>Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or higher</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of sales experience in cabinets or flooring preferred</li><li>Additional B2C and/or wholesale sales experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to pass a drug test</li><li>Fluent in English; bilingual in Chinese or Spanish strongly preferred</li><li>Strong customer relationship management and communication skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)</li><li>Team-oriented mindset</li><li>Interest in interior design or construction materials is a plus (not required)</li></ul>Additional Details<ul><li>Willingness to work across Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellevue locations</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Competitive base pay plus commission</li><li>Visa sponsorship available</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities</li><li>Employee discounts on products</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li><li>Free snacks and beverages</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.30 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
