We are looking to bring on an experienced LCSW-C Clinical Supervisor to join the leadership team at the Clarksville and/or Bethesda location! 
 
The perfect candidate will be comfortable seeing 25 clients per week, while providing supervision to a small team of LMSW therapists. 
 
This role has a clear career growth path to an Associate Director position with in 6 months. 
 
This is a wonderful opportunity for an LCPC or LCSW-C therapist with some management-level experience looking to grow into a Director role overseeing an Ellie Mental Health Clinic. The ideal candidate will: 
 
<ul><li>Be a self-starter comfortable working in a high-paced and changing start-up clinic environment.</li>
<li>Have a strong resume with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a fee-for-service private practice clinical supervisor-level role.</li>
<li>Have experience providing clinical supervision to LMSW therapist</li>
<li>Be comfortable maintaining a weekly patient load of 25 patients.</li>
<li>Be looking for long-term stability and growth with a locally based company.</li>
<li>Thrive in a performance-based compensation environment.</li>
</ul>Required Skills/Abilities 
 
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree with current licensure in the state of Maryland as an LCSW-C/LCPC and a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor.
</li><li>Be available to be on-site to provide oversite to clinical staff and see patients in Montgomery County and/or Howard County, MD</li>
<li>Passionate about quality evidence-based treatment and contributing to the field by training and supervising others.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills.</li>
</ul>Under the guidance of the Clinical Director: 
 
Tasks &amp; Responsibilities
 
Hiring, Training, and Staff Management 
<ul>
<li>Provide training for clinic new hires, ensuring all required clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed.</li>
<li>Hold staff accountable for meeting performance expectations.</li>
<li>Manage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, and termination process as needed.</li>
<li>Create an office culture that fosters collaboration, inclusion, and growth.</li>
</ul>Supervision and Consultation 
<ul>
<li>be responsible for the overall performance and management of the clinic</li>
<li>Accountable for clinic productivity and performance, using data to monitor and drive decisions</li>
<li>Provide clinical oversight to the clinic&rsquo;s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals, including signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers.</li>
<li>Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation</li>
</ul>Client Care 
<ul>
<li>Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy</li>
<li>Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals</li>
<li>Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol</li>
<li>Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed</li>
</ul>Clinic Oversight 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the franchise owner and Ellie Mental Health corporate staff (as needed) to implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage clinic office schedules and office supplies.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Serve as point of contact for building management-related issues or concerns.</li>
</ul>Clinic Outreach, Marketing, and Networking 
<ul>
<li>Participate and lead clinic&rsquo;s community outreach and engagement efforts, in collaboration with the franchise owner and consistent with guidance from Ellie Outreach Team.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Ellie's Marketing Team to promote the clinic&rsquo;s online visibility.</li>
