<div>As a Licensed Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll help expand access to quality mental health care while working in an environment grounded in authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.</div>
<div>This role allows clinicians to focus primarily on clinical work while our team supports scheduling, referrals, billing, and operations.</div>

<div>Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs</li>
<li>Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans</li>
<li>Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches</li>
<li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing professional development</li>
<li>Provide crisis support when clinically appropriate</li>

<ul><li>Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field</li>
<li>Active Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW)</li>
<li>Experience working with diverse populations preferred</li>
<li>Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li>
