</div><div></div><div>The Production Clerk assembles job packets, enters data into computer systems, verifies and closes jobs and facilitates communication between production departments.
</div><div></div><div><b>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
</b></div><div><ul><li>Allocates material to jobs, verifies worksheets&rsquo; accuracy, and closes out job tickets
</li><li>Composes packaging jobs and releases them to the production floor
</li><li>Follows up on orders to ensure on-time delivery
</li><li>Arranges job packets to compile the End of Day Report
</li><li>Coordinates blend jobs with Resin Lab schedulers and production leads
</li><li>Collaborates with the Inventory Department to ensure allocation of materials and product lots
</li><li>Backs up Production Schedulers and other Production Clerks

</p><p></p><p>This role drives the sales process with existing and prospective customers within an assigned territory and collaborates with the customer&rsquo;s engineering team to specify, qualify, and develop manufacturing processes for specialty chemical solutions.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li>Determines and presents the customer with potential engineered solutions for customer applications, and coordinates application testing with the customer
</li><li>Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, and other key personnel)
</li><li>Partners with key stakeholders from internal departments, customers and vendors to ensure that the customers&rsquo; needs are being addressed
</li><li>Participates in periodic meetings to maintain technical knowledge of specialty chemical solutions and effectively utilizes technology to efficiently manage their territory
</li><li>Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow sales in assigned territory

</b></p><ul><li>Candidates must live within the Orlando, Florida area where the sales territory is located.
</li><li>3+ years of industrial business-to-business sales experience, experience in the specialty chemical market preferred
</li><li>Bachelor of Science degree required, within a technical or business-related field preferred
</li><li>Must possess and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license with a satisfactory driving record. Must have reliable access to a personal vehicle for daily use throughout assigned territory
</li><li>Must maintain current automobile insurance that meets Ellsworth policy requirements
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
</li><li>Holds integrity paramount to all, followed closely by customer service, quality, collaboration, teamwork, drive, compliance, hard work, discipline, accountability and continuous improvement
</li></ul><ul><li>Expert communication skills, including up, down, across, within and outside the organization
