Join Ellucian&rsquo;s Marketing team as an <b>AI Video Producer</b>, where you&rsquo;ll help define the storytelling that brings brand and customer stories to life. In this role, you&rsquo;ll blend traditional video production expertise with cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-impact, short-form content that supports brand, customers, and internal communications.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll sit within the Customer Impact team, partnering with marketers, designers and customers to develop dynamic, scalable content that supports sales and marketing goals.</p><p><b>
A portfolio showcasing both traditional and AI-generated work is required.</b></p><p><b>
Where You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact</b></p><p><b>
AI-Accelerated Video Production</b></p><ul><li>
Conceptualize, produce, and edit short-form video content using both traditional production methods and emerging AI tools.</li><li>
Leverage AI platforms to enhance speed, scale, and personalization while maintaining brand quality and consistency.</li><li>
Experiment with new generative tools for video, imagery, voice, and music &ndash; and help identify scalable use cases for the marketing team.</li></ul><p><b>
Storytelling &amp; Script Development</b></p><ul><li>
Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts rooted in customer insights and campaign objectives.</li><li>
Translate complex higher education narratives into clear, compelling stories.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align content with campaign goals and messaging frameworks.</li></ul><p><b>
Editing, Motion &amp; Post-Production</b></p><ul><li>
Edit and assemble AI-generated and traditionally captured media into polished, high-performing video assets.</li><li>
Create motion graphics, animations, and branded visual elements.</li><li>
Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and brand guidelines.</li></ul><p><b>
Personalization at Scale</b></p><ul><li>
Use AI workflows to generate variations tailored to different audiences or campaign channels.</li><li>
Explore automation strategies to increase output without compromising creative integrity.</li></ul><p><b>
Measurement &amp; Optimizatio</b>n</p><ul><li>
Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance.</li><li>
Apply data-driven insights to refine creative approaches and improve production efficiency over time.</li></ul><p><b>
Collaboration &amp; Workflow</b></p><ul><li>
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and sales.</li><li>
Help maintain organized asset libraries and scalable production workflows.</li><li>
Contribute to evolving best practices around responsible and effective AI use in marketing.</li></ul><p><b>
What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>
3+ years of experience in digital video production (agency or in-house).</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools for image and video creation (e.g., Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro or similar).</li><li>
Familiarity with AI voice tools (e.g., Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or similar).</li><li>
Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.</li><li>
Experience producing short-form marketing videos for brand or demand generation campaigns.</li><li>
A portfolio that demonstrates both traditional production craft and AI-enhanced content.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and comfort incorporating feedback.</li><li>
Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and how they can transform creative workflows.</li><li>
Experience in B2B SaaS or higher education marketing is a plus.</li></ul>
