Job Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures</li><li>
Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate department</li><li>
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans</li><li>
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating</li><li>
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times</li><li>
Document all care provided and communicate effectively with team members</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li>
Valid RN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota</li><li>
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
