<ul><li>Job Location: Guwahati-AS, Raipur -CG, Durgapur &amp; Siliguri- WB</li><li>Preferable from Panel Industry</li><li>Minimum Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and digital channels.</li><li>Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar PV systems (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid).</li><li>Conduct site assessments (shading, load analysis, rooftop feasibility).</li><li>Prepare and present technical &amp; commercial proposals.</li><li>Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closure of deals.</li><li>Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams for smooth project execution.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inquiries, pipeline, and customer communications.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Educate customers on subsidy policies, government incentives, and savings calculations.</li><li>Provide exceptional post-sale coordination and customer service.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of sales experience (solar/renewable energy preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply to customers.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.</li><li>Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, panels, and installation processes is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or sales software.</li></ul>Knowledge of solar panelsExperience : Min 2 yearsIndustry Type: IndustryDepartment: SalesEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you from Panel Industry ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
