Role Overview</h3>
As a Senior Product Analyst, you&rsquo;ll partner closely with our Tech, Growth, Commercial, and Business Operations teams to uncover insights that improve conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. You&rsquo;ll own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from defining success metrics and ensuring accurate instrumentation to delivering actionable insights that drive product performance.
This role blends analytical depth with business intuition. You&rsquo;ll be a key player in translating raw data into meaningful decisions that enhance customer experience and drive growth.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Own end-to-end analysis of the user funnel to uncover drop-offs, quantify business impact, and identify actionable opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Partner with Tech to validate event tracking, ensure data accuracy, and strengthen instrumentation.</li><li>
Define, monitor, and explain key performance metrics (conversion rate, retention, reorder rate, refund cycle time).</li><li>
Correlate operational issues (delivery delays, promo or payment errors) with customer satisfaction trends.</li><li>
Extract and quantify customer pain-points from reviews and support data to guide CX initiatives.</li><li>
Design and evaluate experiments in collaboration with Growth, Commercial, and Operations teams.</li><li>
Build and automate dashboards and recurring performance reports for leadership visibility.</li><li>
Translate complex data into clear, visual, and actionable recommendations that influence decisions.</li><li>
Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across all business and technical functions.</li></ul> 
Required<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in product, growth, or business analytics within digital platforms (delivery, marketplace, or e-commerce).</li><li>
Strong experience with data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, or Looker).</li><li>
Expertise in behavioral analytics platforms such as MoEngage, Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude, or Google Analytics, with the ability to translate event-level data into actionable insights.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to perform funnel, cohort, and A/B test analysis, and to interpret results in a clear business and CX context.</li><li>
Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, matplotlib, seaborn) or equivalent analytical tools.</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills &mdash; able to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>
Good written and verbal communication in English.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Experience collaborating with Tech, Growth, and Operations teams to optimize product performance and customer experience.</li><li>
Working knowledge of event instrumentation and data pipeline concepts (GA4, BigQuery, Amplitude, PostHog).</li><li>
Familiarity with customer experience measurement frameworks (NPS, CSAT, VOC)</li><li>
Understanding of marketplace dynamics, including vendor performance, delivery reliability, and consumer satisfaction drivers.</li></ul></div>

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and visualization).</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.</li></ul>
Additional Preferred Skills:<ul><li>

Senior Performance Analyst

We&rsquo;re seeking a Graphic Designer who is both creative and strategic &mdash; someone who can turn ideas into visuals that engage, inspire, and drive results. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to design for social media, performance campaigns, brand activations, and internal projects.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h4><ul><li>
Create compelling and on-brand visual assets for digital channels (social media, email, performance ads, website banners, etc.).</li><li>
Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and product launches.</li><li>
Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and performance teams to deliver impactful creatives optimized for performance.</li><li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h4><ul><li>
3&ndash;4 years of professional design experience, preferably in consumer brands, tech, or digital marketing agencies.</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of social media, digital ads, and brand design work.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus) or equivalent design tools.</li><li>
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and design for performance (CTR, engagement, conversions).</li><li>
Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.</li><li>
A growth mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Nice to Have</h4><ul><li>
