Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for gardening and landscape maintenance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a well-maintained appearance.</li><li>Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.</li><li>Utilize hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.</li><li>Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.</li><li>Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to build and maintain garden structures or features.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.</li><li>Follow safety protocols at all times while performing duties.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience in groundskeeping or lawn care is preferred but not required.</li><li>Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care.</li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools related to landscaping tasks.</li><li>Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy materials.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and tree care.</li></ul>Join our team of passionate individuals dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor environments!Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Apache Junction, AZ 85120 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Apache Junction, AZ 85120: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
