 Key Responsibilities:

  <li>
   Manage overall logistics operations throughout the drilling campaign, including supply base, warehouse, vessel, and rig support activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate vessel movements, rig mobilisation/demobilisation, and material transportation to ensure timely delivery and operational readiness.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee drilling and testing materials management, including receiving, dispatch, inventory control, stock verification, and material tracking.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage freight forwarding, customs clearance, import/export activities, and logistics documentation in compliance with Company requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all equipment, materials, and transportation activities comply with Company HSE standards and procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate helicopter crew changes, contractor activities, and logistics support services.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor material availability, supply chain progress, and support cost-effective drilling operations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare logistics reports, inventory records, and required documentation including RO/SCC and invoice processing.
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth logistics operations.

 </ul>
 Requirements:
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum 10 years' Oil &amp; Gas experience, including 5 years in Drilling Material Coordination or Logistics Supervision.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience supporting at least one Oil &amp; Gas drilling project/well campaign.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good English communication skills and ability to work with local stakeholders.
