 Mechanical Engineer
 
 with strong experience in
 
 HVAC

 VRF systems
 
 , proficient in Revit MEP, and capable of preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings, Technical Submittals, and Subcontractors&rsquo; Payment Certificates. The candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, documentation, and site follow-up to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 HVAC &amp; VRF Systems
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 &bull; Design, review, and coordinate HVAC and VRF systems in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.
 
 
 &bull; Review heat load calculations and system selections.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for VRF equipment selection and technical compliance.
 
 
 &bull; Provide technical support during site execution and resolve installation issues.

 &bull; Prepare, develop, and review Mechanical Shop Drawings using Revit MEP.
 
 
 &bull; Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.
 
 
 &bull; Extract quantities and assist in BOQs preparation.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and update As-Built Drawings.

 &bull; Respond to consultant/client comments and follow up until final approval.

 Subcontractors &amp; Payment Certificates
 
 
 &bull; Review and certify subcontractors&rsquo; payment applications.
 
 
 &bull; Verify executed quantities against approved drawings and site progress.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with Contracts and Commercial teams regarding variations and claims.

 Qualifications and Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in HVAC and VRF systems with Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, and solid experience in VRF systems.
 
 
 &bull; 2:5 years of relevant experience in HVAC &amp; VRF systems.
 
 
 &bull; Strong proficiency in Revit MEP.
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
 
 
 &bull; Good knowledge of HVAC codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, local codes).
 
 
 &bull; Good understanding of Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and BOQs.
 
 
 &bull; Experience in submittals, shop drawings, and subcontractor payments.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and coordination skills.
 
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 &bull; Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects.
 
 
 &bull; Previous experience in contracting and technical office works, with good understanding of technical documentation and administrative procedures.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with site supervision and commissioning activities.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
