Established in 2019, the company has spent years developing practical systems and innovative solutions designed to simplify business operations and support sustainable growth.Our team develops a wide range of digital products, including business management systems, ERP solutions, CRM platforms, e-commerce applications, educational platforms, healthcare solutions, logistics systems, finance applications, AI-powered solutions, SaaS products, and custom mobile applications for clients across different industries.We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Flutter Developer who enjoys building high-quality Android and iOS applications and is excited to work on a variety of real-world projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain Android and iOS applications using Flutter.</li><li>Build mobile applications for multiple industries and business domains based on project requirements.</li><li>Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architecture.</li><li>Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, payment gateways, maps, authentication systems, and cloud services.</li><li>Develop responsive and attractive user interfaces following modern UI/UX principles.</li><li>Implement state management and application lifecycle best practices.</li><li>Optimize applications for speed, performance, scalability, and security.</li><li>Debug, troubleshoot, test, and continuously improve application quality.</li><li>Publish, update, and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.</li><li>Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project coordinators.</li><li>Maintain clean, secure, and well-documented code using Git/GitHub.</li><li>Deliver assigned projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality development standards.</li></ul>Required Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.</li><li>Experience developing Android and iOS applications.</li><li>REST API integration.</li><li>JSON data handling.</li><li>Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).</li><li>Local database (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences, etc.).</li><li>State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or similar).</li><li>Git/GitHub version control.</li><li>Mobile application debugging and performance optimization.</li><li>Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.</li></ul>Preferred SkillsExperience with any of the following will be an added advantage:<ul><li>Clean Architecture / MVVM</li><li>Push Notifications</li><li>Google Maps &amp;
