We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in accounting functions and a working knowledge of Tally and the ERP-9 software. The candidate must be proficient in handling day-to-day accounting operations and maintaining financial records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable, GST filings, and TDS deductions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.</li><li>Work on Tally and updated ERP software for data entry and financial tracking.</li><li>Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial documentation.</li><li>Perform periodic financial analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: Passed 10th from CBSE Board (Mandatory).</li><li>Work Experience: Minimum of 3&ndash;4 years in a similar accounting role.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficient in Tally (latest version).</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP-9.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Prior experience working in a similar industry will be an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
