We are looking to hire in our Phoenix, AZ office - as well as our San Antonio, TX office.We&rsquo;re looking for a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster who is confident investigating, evaluating, and negotiating BI claims&mdash;while communicating professionally with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and medical providers to drive appropriate resolutions.What You&rsquo;ll Do&middot; Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate bodily injury claims from start to resolution&middot; Communicate directly with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and medical professionals&middot; Apply insurance principles and regulatory knowledge to support proper claim handling&middot; Maintain clear documentation and organized claim filesQualifications&middot; Excellent communication and negotiation skills&middot; Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities&middot; Knowledge of insurance principles and regulations&middot; Bodily injury claims experience preferred&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation &amp; Benefits&middot; Competitive pay&middot; Full benefits&middot; RetirementBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
