 We are seeking a Payroll Officer, Saudi national, with hands-on experience in payroll operations and strong knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements.

 📌 Job Description:
 
 
 Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
 
 
 
 
 
 Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions.
 
 
 
 
 
 Register, update, and maintain employee data in GOSI, Mudad, and the Wage Protection System (WPS).
 
 
 
 
 
 Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
 
 
 
 
 
 Prepare payroll reports and submit them to the finance department.
 
 
 
 
 
 Coordinate with HR on hiring, terminations, leaves, and attendance records.
 
 
 
 
 
 Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
 
 
 
 
 
 Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
 
 
 
 
 
 🎯 Requirements:
 
 
 Saudi nationality (mandatory).
 
 
 
 
 
 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 Hands-on experience with GOSI, Mudad, and WPS.
 
 
 
 
 
 Good knowledge of HR and payroll systems.
 
 
 
 
 
 Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities.
 
 
 
 
 
 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
 
 
 
 
 
 🎓 Qualifications:
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
 
 
 
 
 
 Payroll or HR-related certifications are a plus.
