<div>The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests at the bar, ensuring proper identification checks, and managing the cash drawer. They will create and serve a variety of drinks, including promoting and upselling premium liquors and food items, as well as highlighting drink and beer specials. Accuracy in pouring alcohol and delivering top-tier service is essential to this role.</div>

<div><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Utilize sales strategies to boost revenue through alcohol sales and upselling of concession items at the bar.</li>
<li>Mix and serve alcoholic beverages for guests and servers, according to provided recipes using proper measuring and mixing tools and guidelines.</li>
<li>Mix and serve alcoholic beverages for guests and servers, in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Manage alcohol inventory and maintain bar organization.</li>
<li>Restock alcohol and bar supplies.</li>
<li>Enhance the bar menu and develop new drink recipes through proper channels.</li>
<li>Prepare garnishes for drinks.</li>
<li>Monitor guests to ensure safe alcohol consumption, minimizing potential issues and liabilities.</li>
<li>Verify guests meet legal age requirements for alcohol consumption.</li>
<li>Process bar orders through cash and credit card transactions.</li>
<li>Reconcile cash receipts at the end of each shift.</li>
<li>Generate cash reports.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of bar area and bar storage areas, free of debris and spills.</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

</div><div><b>Education and/or Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

<ul><li>Bartender functions are efficiently, accurately, and effectively performed in accordance with established policies and standards.</li>
<li>Money is balanced and any discrepancies promptly resolved. A balancing record that meets established standards is maintained.</li>
