Embark at Benton is seeking a <b>Life Coach / Behavioral Health Associate </b>to mentor young males (ages 12 - 17) in a <b>residential treatment program</b>!. This hands on role involves <b>significant physical activity</b> and direct engagement in <b>experiential therapies</b> such as art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and outdoor adventure therapy. As a key member of our <b>multidisciplinary treatment team</b>, you will help create a <b>structured, supportive environment</b> where adolescents can heal and develop essential life skills. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintain safe boundaries and relationships with students and staff, utilizing verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques as needed.</li><li>
Serve as a positive role model, fostering a supportive atmosphere and encouraging teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skills.</li><li>
Collaborate with Team Leads and Shift Supervisors to facilitate student schedules, ensure safety, and support daily campus operations.</li><li>
Provide support during classroom instruction, campus events, and recreation therapy, actively engaging with students and staff.</li><li>
Communicate important observations and updates to the Program Director, ensuring clear and timely information flow.</li><li>
Document client progress notes daily at the end of each shift to track progress and ensure continuity of care.</li><li>
Respond to feedback with a positive outlook while promoting a safe and empathetic environment for students</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li><b>Age:</b> 21+ years of age or older</li><li><b>
Education</b>: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is preferred.</li><li><b>
Skills:</b> Quick decision-making skills and a growth mindset with a focus on Embarks core values.</li><li><b>
Experience: </b>Min of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred</li><li><b>
Certifications:</b> CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training</li><li><b>
Background Checks:</b> Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in accordance with Tennessee state laws.</li></ul>

The <b>Overnight Shift Supervisor</b> is a core member of the Treatment Team. The mission of the Shift Supervisor is to ensure safety through adherence to all Policies and Procedures, and to support clients in all aspects of daily life, ensuring their needs are met. The Overnight Shift Supervisor is responsible for aligning with the Program Director in establishing and maintaining a positive staff culture at Embark. This position will be expected to develop their shift team to run their shift smoothly.</div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Achieve alignment with Program Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program.</li><li>
Integrate Embark at Greeley culture, norms, and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul.</li><li>
Facilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems.</li><li>
Encourages our staff to provide consistency to our clients.</li><li>
Implement and facilitate State required trainings.</li><li>
Collaborate with various work groups.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Education</b>: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice or minimum of 2 years' experience working in Human Services.</li><li><b>

Experience: </b>Minimum of 1 year of experience in management. Minimum of 1 year working with adolescent populations is preferred.</li><li><b>
Certifications:</b> CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training</li><li><b>
