Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) and AWS CodeDeploy</li><li>Lead release management &amp; feature flagging (e.g., LaunchDarkly)</li><li>Integrate code quality &amp; static analysis tools like SonarQube</li><li>Work deeply with AWS infrastructure &amp; security policies</li><li>Design and support Kubernetes-based deployments</li><li>Implement observability (metrics, dashboards, alerting, logs)</li><li>Support QA automation &amp; performance testing infrastructure</li><li>Enable blue/green &amp; canary deployments</li><li>Build automation and tooling to enhance developer productivity</li><li>Collaborate with US-based operations &amp; security teams and India product teams</li></ul>&#9989;Mandatory Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>5+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure / Release Engineering</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes</li><li>Experience with feature flag tools (LaunchDarkly or similar)</li><li>Solid understanding of microservices &amp; versioning strategies</li><li>Expertise in AWS services (IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, CloudWatch)</li><li>Strong exposure to observability tools &amp; practices</li><li>Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of security &amp; compliance enforcement</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; cross-regional collaboration skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;727,401.46 - &#8377;2,203,757.50 per yearWork Location: In person
