Description</h2>
The heartbeat of our church is to relentlessly reach the next person for Jesus. The Sioux Falls area is one of the fastest-growing cities in America. By 2031, we hope to reach 5% of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities for Jesus. That 5% would be 12,500 people for Jesus!<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Front Desk &amp; Hospitality<ul><li>
Own and manage communication (incoming phone calls, emails, mail), ensuring follow-up and accurate messages.</li><li>
Warmly greet and professionally assist guests and visitors during all weekday office hours</li><li>
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages</li><li>
Prepare and send letters, emails, and other correspondence as needed</li></ul></li><li>
Scheduling &amp; Communication<ul><li>
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, rooms, and necessary production support</li><li>
Arrange cleaning services and other facility-related needs.</li></ul></li><li>
Campus Support<ul><li>
Ensure the campus environment meets Embrace&rsquo;s standards of excellence</li><li>
Maintain an organized, professional looking office space and meeting areas</li><li>
Assist staff with errands, deliveries, and administrative tasks</li><li>
Support event set-up and tear-down, working closely with ministry teams</li></ul></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2>
Employment at Embrace includes a generous and competitive compensation and benefits package, including health, dental, vision and life insurance and a matching 403b program.
