We&rsquo;re looking for a Renewal Operations Analyst to join our growing Renewals organization. This team is centralizing renewal management across Emburse, improving systems, and driving operational excellence.</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
In this role, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in supporting the Renewals and Deal Desk teams, ensuring workflows are executed accurately, data is clean, and processes run smoothly from quote to billing.</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>

<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Will Do:</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
Manage day-to-day renewal workflows, ensuring timely completion of all renewal-related processes.</li><li>
Validate contracts and order forms to ensure accuracy and alignment between Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems.</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with Renewal Managers, Deal Desk, Billing, and Finance to resolve escalations and ensure seamless handoffs.</li><li>
Submit, track, and follow up on RevOps or Development tickets related to system issues or process enhancements.</li><li>
Maintain renewal trackers, dashboards, and ticket logs to provide real-time visibility into pipeline progress.</li><li>
Prepare and process renewal order forms with accuracy, compliance, and proper approvals.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div><br>

What We're Looking For:</b></h3><ul><li><ul><li>
3&ndash;8 years of experience in <b>Renewal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations</b>, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based organization.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of <b>Salesforce</b>; <b>CPQ</b> expertise preferred.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex renewal workflows with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Comfortable handling enterprise-level contracts and recontracting processes.</li><li>
Experience working with <b>ticketing systems</b> (such as Jira) and reporting tools.</li><li>
Collaborative, process-oriented, and eager to influence success across teams.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
