Receptionist Position &ndash; Part-Time

($15-$17 an Hour)

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to add to the team. Qualified applicants should possess organizational and computer skills, an ability to multi-task. The candidate selected for this role must be able to work independently when needed. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Will provide administrative and data entry support to our team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Will answer calls that come in from both internal employees and customers as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Use Excel spreadsheets, type in information provided by customers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>The ability to remain focused and patient is important as is attention to detail.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Update existing data and retrieve/repurpose data from a database as required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assisting with any other duties are required.</li></ul>

Required Skills:
<ul><li>Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgement</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to ask questions, seek guidance and accept feedback</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to perform basic math functions along with moderate calculations and variables</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy; takes pride in work</li></ul>
<ul><li>Willingness to learn and a positive attitude</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to multitask in a dynamic, evolving work environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be able to be a self-starter, who can work independently when needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work from Monday-Friday</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to prioritize, follow through, and stay on track</li></ul>

Qualifications and Knowledge:
<ul><li>High School Diploma</li></ul>
<ul><li>At least 2 years of office/data entry experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office, primarily MS Excel</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills (English required)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Positive and energetic demeanor</li></ul>
