</div><div>This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person.<br>
</div><ul><li>Min 3 years of experience in a medical office preferred</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>The training will be provided for qualified applicants</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Excellent computer skills, including experience with electronic claim submission, use of electronic medical software</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Experience in HMO authorization, all insurance eligibility verification</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and web-enabled applications.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Writing and oral skills necessary to conduct professional correspondence with patients, other staff members, physicians, and insurance companies</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Experience in ophthalmology, including surgery scheduling big plus</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Optical dispensary experience big plus</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Bilingual: Spanish preferred, but not required</li></ul><br>
<div>-Ability to multitask and assist with all operational aspects of running a busy medical practice -Excellent Customer service skills</div></div></div>
