 The General Laborer plays a vital role in supporting our environmental and construction projects by performing hands-on physical labor, assisting with site setup, and maintaining erosion control measures. This position requires a reliable individual who can safely operate equipment, transport materials between job sites, and ensure our projects remain clean, safe, and efficient.</p>
Requirements:<p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Site Preparation &amp; Installation:</b> Correctly install essential erosion control and construction materials, including silt fences, straw wattles, and blankets.</li><li><b>
Maintenance &amp; Labor:</b> Perform routine physical labor, site clean-up, and repairs to existing site setups, particularly after weather events.</li><li><b>
Driving &amp; Logistics:</b> Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and crew members to various local job sites.</li><li><b>
Equipment Operation:</b> Safely use hand/power tools and assist with or learn to operate light machinery (e.g., skid steers, tractors, hydroseeders) as needed.</li><li><b>
Landscape &amp; Stabilization Support:</b> Assist with hand-seeding, sod installation, and clearing vegetation to stabilize project sites.</li><li><b>
Safety Compliance:</b> Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site while strictly adhering to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Driver&rsquo;s License:</b> Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean, acceptable driving record (required for driving company vehicles).</li><li><b>
Education:</b> High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li><li><b>
Experience:</b> 1+ years of experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or outdoor physical work is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.</li><li><b>
Skills:</b> Ability to follow direct instructions, work well as part of a team, and learn basic site maintenance tasks. Experience towing a trailer is a plus.</li><li><b>
Physical Requirements:</b> Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk on uneven terrain, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Work Environment</b></h3><ul><li>
Frequent exposure to outdoor elements including dust, mud, noise, and varying weather/temperatures.</li><li><b>
Daily travel to multiple local job sites is required.</b></li></ul><p><b>

General Laborer (with Driver’s License)

 We are looking for a reliable Class A Driver who brings a true team-player attitude to the job every day. In this role, your commercial license gets our equipment and materials safely to the site, but your flexibility is what keeps our projects moving. Our day-to-day operations can shift quickly based on weather and client needs, so we need someone who is ready to jump out of the cab, roll up their sleeves, and work alongside the crew on the ground.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>
Driving &amp; Equipment Hauling:</b> Safely operate Class A vehicles to transport materials, flatbeds, and heavy equipment trailers to various local job sites.</li><li><b>
Flexible Field Labor:</b> Transition seamlessly from driving to hands-on field support. When you aren't driving, you will be actively working with the team to install and maintain erosion control measures (silt fences, wattles, blankets, etc.).</li><li><b>
Load Securement:</b> Properly load, chain down, and secure equipment (like skid steers or tractors) and materials before transit.</li><li><b>
DOT Compliance:</b> Handle routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, keep accurate logs, and keep your truck in safe working order.</li><li><b>
Adaptable Site Support:</b> Jump in wherever needed to keep the project moving, especially when weather events require quick clean-up, repairs, or site adjustments.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications &amp; Skills</b></h3><ul><li><b>
License &amp; Record:</b> Valid Class A Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL) with a clean, insurable driving history.</li><li><b>
The Right Attitude:</b> A strong team-player mindset. You don't mind changing gears quickly when the schedule, weather, or client demands change mid-day.</li><li><b>
Experience:</b> 1+ years of Class A driving experience, preferably hauling trailers or construction equipment. Experience with dirt work or environmental labor is a big plus.</li><li><b>
Physical Capability:</b> Ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk on rough terrain, and lift/move up to 50 lbs. as part of daily physical labor.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Work Environment</b></h3><ul><li>
A dynamic mix of commercial driving and active, outdoor construction and environmental fieldwork.</li><li>
Regular exposure to dust, mud, variable weather, and typical job site conditions.</li><li>
