 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of technology or insurance-related sales experience, ideally in Carrier Sales/Operations, SaaS, InsurTech, or Software Solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience selling into P&amp;C insurance carriers and MGAs (preferred but not required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to structure complex deals, including multi-component contracts with technology and service layers
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of the insurance technology ecosystem, including connectivity platforms, APIs, and digital distribution
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional consultative sales skills, with the ability to align solutions with customer pain points
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with technology and CRM tools, including Salesforce to manage pipeline and opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry conferences
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred but not required
 
 
 </li>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and manage your own sales pipeline&mdash;identify, qualify, and engage new prospects through outbound efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting/lead generation to closing deals
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive adoption of technology solutions among P&amp;C carriers and MGAs
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage in consultative selling by working with a team to uncover customer pain points and align solutions with their needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive high-value business development efforts, including cold outreach, networking, and strategic account mapping
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing a high-volume, high-quality sales pipeline
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with internal teams, including Solutions and Product, to tailor offerings for prospective customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure renewals with existing clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening brand presence and expanding the network in the P&amp;C insurance space
