Role Summary:</b></div><div>
As an English Teacher at BeCurious Preschool, you will create a warm, stimulating, and safe learning environment where children aged 1‑5 years can explore and acquire foundational English language skills. You will deliver the Finnish‑inspired preschool curriculum, using play, stories, songs, and hands‑on activities, while supporting the holistic development of each child.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Plan and implement age‑appropriate, engaging English lessons in line with the BeCurious / Finnish curriculum.</li><li>
Use song, storytelling, games, creative arts, and movement to teach vocabulary, simple phrases, greetings, colors, numbers, etc.</li><li>
Create a nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and curious.</li><li>
Maintain classroom management, ensure routines (snack, rest, free play, cleanup) are followed.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain teaching materials: flashcards, visual aids, books, and manipulatives.</li><li>
Communicate with parents about their child's progress, strengths, and areas for growth.</li><li>
Collaborate with co‑teachers, assistants, and the curriculum/curriculum manager to align teaching practices.</li><li>
Ensure all safety, health, and preschool policies are followed.</li><li>
Observe and assess individual children&rsquo;s progress in language development, and adjust instruction accordingly.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, TESOL/TEFL, Child Development, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of recent experience teaching preschool / early childhood (ages 1‑5), preferably teaching English.</li><li>
Strong command of English (both spoken and written); ability to speak clearly and be easily understood by young learners.</li><li>
Familiarity or willingness to learn and implement play‑based, child‑centered methodologies (like the Finnish approach).</li><li>
Patience, creativity, energy, and a genuine love for working with young children.<br>
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with children, parents, and colleagues.<br>

About the Role:</b></div><div>
We are looking for a careful and organized Accountant to join our team at BeCurious Pre School. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, monitoring branch accounts, and preparing financial reports that help improve performance and make decision-making smooth and effective.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Track daily financial transactions for each branch and ensure all revenues and expenses are recorded accurately.</li><li>
Manage accounts for each branch and prepare daily/weekly statements for clear financial visibility.</li><li>
Prepare monthly financial reports for each branch and a consolidated report for both branches, analyzing differences and suggesting improvements.</li><li>
Handle payroll and employee entitlements accurately for each staff member, including deductions and benefits.</li><li>
Manage treasury and cash flow for each branch to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations.</li><li>
Oversee bank transfers and payments, and prepare periodic cash flow reports.</li><li>
Support financial analysis and planning, preparing forecasts and reports that assist management in decision-making.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with nursery financial policies and procedures, reviewing invoices and expenses carefully.</li><li>
Communicate effectively and politely with parents and suppliers to ensure smooth collection and payment processes.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>
5 years or more of experience in managing accounts, preferably within multi-branch organizations, is considered a strong advantage.</li><li>
Comfortable working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, and Advanced Excel, or similar systems.</li><li>
Good understanding of local financial and tax regulations in Kuwait.</li><li>
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand financial reports for management.</li><li>
A friendly, professional communicator who works well with colleagues, management, and clients.</li><li>
Ability to communicate comfortably in both Arabic and English is preferred.</li></ul><br>
