Job Description &ndash; HR &amp; Admin ExecutiveCompany: Metal Scapes Location: Derabassi Position: HR &amp; Admin Executive Experience Required: Minimum 6 months internship experience in HR/Recruitment + 1 year of full-time HR experience Salary: As per company norms ( Starting from 15k-18k)About the Role:Metal Scapes is seeking a motivated and organised HR &amp; Admin Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting HR processes, employee engagement, and office administration to ensure smooth organisational functioning.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment &amp; HR Operations<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Hiring experience in IT or non-IT staff.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and job postings on portals.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring updates.</li><li>Support payroll data, attendance, and employee documentation.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Manage attendance, leave records, and general HR files.</li><li>Plan employee engagement activities and internal communication.</li><li>Handle office administration &mdash; stationery, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and logistics.</li><li>Assist in HR audits, compliance, and reporting to management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred).</li><li>Minimum 6 months internship experience in HR/recruitment and 1 year of full-time HR or admin role.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS tools, and HR documentation.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
