 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We're seeking a seasoned Product/UI/UX Designer to drive design excellence across our digital ecosystem. This role demands a strategic designer who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive, conversion-optimized user experiences while maintaining design system consistency at scale.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Skills &amp; Expertise
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 5+ years in product design roles in high-growth startups or established tech companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies with measurable business impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Optional Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products
 </li>
