We are looking for a talented and passionate Unity Developer to join our growing game development team at Emergio. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Unity, C#, gameplay programming, and the development cycle of mobile/PC games. You will work closely with designers, artists, and testers to build high-quality games and interactive experiences.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the team in coding gameplay features, mechanics, and systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in debugging and fixing bugs in existing code.</li></ul><ul><li>Help in creating game assets integration, including animations, UI elements, and sounds.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in game testing to identify performance or functional issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Work with designers, artists, and developers to implement new ideas and features.</li></ul><ul><li>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.</li></ul><ul><li>Learn and use tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, or other game engines (based on company needs).</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to prototype development for new concepts and features.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated with latest trends in game development and technologies.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Basic knowledge of C#, C++, or Python (depending on engine).</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of game design principles and gameplay mechanics.</li></ul><ul><li>Problem-solving and logical thinking skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Passion for gaming and creativity.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Optional but Useful)<ul><li>Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics or animation tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of UI/UX design for games.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with version control tools like Git.</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to physics engines or AI for games.</li></ul>Eligibility / Qualifications<ul><li>Any degree Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, IT, Engineering, or any related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Final-year students or recent graduates preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Portfolio or GitHub projects (even small ones) are an added advantage.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Hands-on experience in real game development projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Mentoring from experienced developers.</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to showcase ideas and contribute to actual game features.</li></ul><ul><li>Internship certificate and potential full-time opportunity based on performance.</li></ul>Why Join Emergio?At Emergio, you will work on exciting projects, collaborate with a highly talented team, and contribute to innovative games and learning experiences.
